Hotel Reservation Terms & Conditions
  • We have arranged a special rate €149.00 from Sunday 22nd until Friday 27th October 2023 which includes breakfast, high speed WIFI & VAT and excludes 7% City Tax and €3,- per person per night Government Tax.
  • These rates will apply provided your reservation is made before the cut-off date 15th September 2023.
  • The Hotel room reservation is available Book your group rate for ELGI
  • Do Book accommodation on time as the hotel is very busy during this time. Other hotels at least 10 minutes by taxi.
Standard Terms and Conditions Apply:
  • The hotel rooms are reserved from 14.00 hours upon arrival until 12.00 hours on the day of departure. 
  • Rooms are guaranteed with a valid credit card.  Upon arrival 50€ per night will be blocked on your card for possible incidental individual charges.
  • Delegates must settle their own hotel bills & expenses on departure.
  • Cancellation Policy: Room cancellation policy is in line with the terms and conditions of the Marriott Courtyard Hotel
  • No-show: In case of no show the full costs will be charged to your credit card.
  • The ELGI is not responsible for any individual cancellation or any final individual “extra” charges.

Local Travel Information

The ELGI is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Marriot Courtyard Hotel to & from Schiphol Airport. 

The Marriott Courtyard Shuttle Service is complimentary for all registered attendees to the ELGI Autumn Events.  See the attached Shuttle Time Table.

Distances:

  • From the hotel to the centre of Hoofddorp is 19 min walk; 7 min with the bike; 4 min by car
  • The Hoofddorp Station is 4.4KM from the hotel.
  • Traveling to Amsterdam 40 minutes by car and 36 minutes on public transport
  • Amsterdam Central Area: You can travel from Hoofddorp Station but best to take the hotel shuttle to the airport and then the train to Amsterdam or Bus 397 Lane B17 outside Schiphol arrivals hall.

ELGI Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations 3 weeks prior to the Autumn Event, a penalty up to 40% will be charged for administration costs.
