Reservation Terms & Conditions
The Hotel room reservation is available on line: https://www.nh-hotels.com/event/elgi-annual-conference
The hotel rooms are reserved from 15.00 hours upon arrival until 12.00 hours on the day of departure.

The NHCE Hotel offers this special room rate including breakfast and VAT for ELGI delegates provided that your reservation is made via the above link prior to the cut-off date to 15th February 2024. After this date, any additional new bookings will be subject to availability.

Rooms are guaranteed with a valid credit card. Delegates must settle their own hotel bills and expenses on departure.

Guaranteed extras: The Hotel will request a credit card upon arrival as a guarantee for extra expenses & incidentals during your stay.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Room cancellation policy is in line with the terms and conditions of the NHCE Hotel. Penalty of 100% of total amount for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show.

The ELGI is not responsible for any individual cancellation or any final individual “extra” charges.

ELGI AGM Registration
Delegates should register their attendance by completing the www.elgi.org/agm24 registration form or contact the ELGI carol@elgi.demon.nl. It is essential that registrations and payments in (€) Euros are sent to the ELGI no later than 1st March 2024 Payments after this date will be charged the higher rate. The registration fee (€) per delegate includes:

• Sunday: Welcome Reception
• Monday: Coffee Breaks; Lunch
• Monday: Gala Dinner & Entertainment & transfers
• Tuesday: Coffee Break, Grab & Go Lunch

The Partner attendance fee is independent of the partner tour.

ELGI Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the AGM: up to 70% of the fee for administration costs will apply.

Local Travel Information
The NHCE Hotel is located 20 minutes by taxi from the airport
At time of writing, the taxi fee from airport to hotels is a set rate of 30€. The majority of taxis accept credit cards and do accept cash as well Travel cards available for public transport.
The closest train station to the NHCE is Cuzco.
There is public transport from the NHCE to the city centre, e.g. Bus 150, right outside the hotel Parking fee for ELGI guests at the NHCE is 30€ per night + VAT.
