The hotel rooms are reserved from 15.00 hours upon arrival until 12.00 hours on the day of departure.
- Guaranteed check in time is from 15:00 and departure time is at 12:00.
- Early arrival before 15:00 cost € 16,00 per hour and earliest from 10:00 before this hours the previous night must be booked
- Departure after 12:00 is also for € 16,00 per hour up until 18:00
The Clarion Airport Hotel Copenhagen offers this special room rate including breakfast and VAT for ELGI delegates provided that your reservation is made via the above link prior to the cut-off date to 23rd February 2025. After this date, any additional new bookings will be subject to availability.
Rooms are guaranteed with a valid credit card. Delegates must settle their own hotel bills and expenses on departure.
Guaranteed extras: The Hotel will request a credit card upon arrival as a guarantee for extra expenses & incidentals during your stay.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: Room cancellation policy is in line with the terms and conditions of the Clarion Airport Hotel. Penalty of 100% of total amount for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show.
The ELGI is not responsible for any individual cancellation or any final individual “extra” charges.
ELGI AGM Registration
Delegates should register their attendance by completing the registration form. It is essential that registrations and payments in (€) Euros are sent to the ELGI no later than 1st March 2025. Payments after this date will be charged the higher rate. The registration fee (€) per delegate includes

- The Little Mermaid (Copenhagen’s famous statue)
- Amalienborg Palace (winter residence of the Danish royal family)
- Castle Island (known as the ‘Island of power’)
- New Harbour (lively waterfront area lined with colourful 17th century townhouses and historic wooden ships
- Visit Rosenborg Castle (a Renaissance masterpiece built by King Christian IV in the early 1600s
